East Africa – Health Innovator Platform

AHB is implementing a pilot project on behalf of an international development organisation that supports health and child development innovators in East Africa.

Jointly with the 18 innovators, AHB co-designed the project and is facilitating and supporting the business platform in order to transition the innovators to scale with the aim of creating a self-sustainable and strong impact in their respective fields.

Key support areas AHB provides:

• Key expert advice from our own team and external knowledge and experience leaders (technical advisory)
• Peer support and review facilitation (innovator support system)
• Online support platform (co-learning and networking opportunities)

The key focus areas for the pilot project are to strengthen Human Resources Management, Financial Sustainability and Visibility of the innovators.
